You may encounter an error message if your item is not eligible for a standard return due to certain exclusions. Items classified as Custom, Solid Gold, Grillz, or outside our 14-day return policy are not eligible. If your item falls under these exclusions, you may consider utilizing our repair or warranty service instead. GLD provides shipping labels for returns that are processed within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Once you complete your request, you'll receive a separate email confirmation containing the authorization form and/or your shipping label. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. Please keep in mind that GLD is not responsible for lost or damaged packages if you choose to use a carrier other than the label provided by us. If you do use a different carrier, please provide a GLD customer service representative with the tracking number immediately.

Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Solid Gold items are subject to repair only at a fee of $99. Please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
There are NO returns on GLD's Customized Jewelry. All Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediatelyin the event that user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a $99 USD Repair Fee will be charged for all future repairable product issues. Free Gifts promo items are associated with a minimum order value or other requirements as specified at time of order. If part or all of the original transaction is returned, such that you fall below the original required order value, the Free item must be returned in its original condition. At the time of return if the customer decides not to return free item, they will see a reduced refund in the amount of $25 for the free gift item.
BOGO Items must both be returned to receive a full refund. If only one of the BOGO set items is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the price of the item returned.
