Refund policy

Shipping

To return your product please initiate a return on our site to receive a free shipping label at https://www.thegldshop.com/pages/returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

GLD is not responsible for lost or damaged packages should you choose to ship via a carrier outside the label provided to you by GLD. You are also responsible to provide GLD customer service with carrier and tracking number.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

Returns

We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed once the package has arrived at our facilities.

BOGO orders refund request, the FREE Promo Item must be returned as well, otherwise we could reject the refund request.

FREE Promo items or GWP (gift with purchase) must be returned.

To complete your return, we require the order number or email address associated with the order.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded unless authorized for a special circumstance.
